Julie C. Tizzard

With a Juris Doctor earned in 1998 from Loyola University School of Law, Ms. Tizzard handled high-profile murder and rape cases for the District Attorney’s Office, including Louisiana’s first DNA case. During this time, she also managed hundreds of appeals in both federal and state courts.
