    Kerry A. Murphy is a founding member of Lasky Murphy LLC and represents clients in the New Orleans metropolitan area. She handles matters of sexual harassment, wage and hour law, unpaid overtime, retaliation, wrongful eviction, disability discrimination, pregnancy discrimination and employment law. An experienced litigator, she also handles matters of business law such as officer liability suits, bankruptcy-related litigation, fraud and unfair business practices, contractor disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty.

    Admitted to practice in both Wisconsin and Louisiana, Ms. Murphy attended Villanova University, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts. In 2007, she graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School. While in law school, she was the senior note and comment editor for the Wisconsin Law Review.
