Kyle Sclafani is the principal at the Law Office of Kyle Sclafani in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Sclafani earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Sewanee, the University of the South and received his law degree from Tulane University Law School. During law school, he was published in the Tulane Maritime Law Journal and participated in moot court. He became a licensed attorney in Louisiana in 2002 and has more than 15 years of experience helping Louisiana residents with their legal needs.
Raised in Metairie, Louisiana, Mr. Sclafani is admitted before all Louisiana state and federal courts as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. Before starting his firm, he worked for two New Orleans-based defense firms, handling construction law, insurance defense and premises liability matters. He also worked for a firm representing plaintiffs in automobile accident cases.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Sclafani owns and operates the gas station and convenience store, Lake Terrace Crossing. He is an active member of the Louisiana legal community and belongs to the New Orleans Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association.
