Mr.  Lance S. Ostendorf is a founder of Ostendorf, Tate, Barnett LLP . Mr. Ostendorf has a general litigation and civil law practice including personal injury law , automobile , transportation law , Hotel and Motel Liability law , Retail and Merchant law , entertainment law, intellectual property, and general civil litigation .

Mr. Ostendorf has more than 35 years of experience. Over the course of his career, he has successfully represented a diverse range of clients including individuals and businesses. Additionally  he has authored law review articles appearing in various law reviews and publications.

In recognition of his contributions to the legal profession, Mr. Ostendorf has received various honors and awards and developed a reputation as a respected attorney. He graduated the top in his class ,summa cum laude,  from Loyola University  his undergraduate degree , Mr. Ostendorf earned his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and attended Tulane Law School. He received his license to practice law in 1980 and is qualified to appear before the  U.S Supreme Court  all Louisiana state courts,and  the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
