Admitted to practice in Louisiana, he is also admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana.

A native of New Orleans, Mr. Frischhertz is a member of the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association. He has also served on the Board of Governors of the Louisiana Association for Justice since 2008.
