Marc L. Frischhertz

Marc L. Frischhertz is an attorney with Frischhertz, Poulliard, Frischhertz, & Impastato, LLC, located in New Orleans, Louisiana. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Loyola University New Orleans, Mr. Frischhertz then went on to pursue his legal studies at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2004. While in law school, he served as the managing editor of the Loyola Law Review in which he had an article on Louisiana workers' compensation law published, and he was the 2003 recipient of the Loyola Law Review Editorial Board Award, given annually for outstanding achievement by a law review member. Mr. Frischhertz was also named as a William L. Crowe, Sr., Scholar for his academic performance and in 2002 received the Warren E. Mouledoux Professional Responsibility Award. Admitted to practice in Louisiana, he is also admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana.

A native of New Orleans, Mr. Frischhertz is a member of the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association. He has also served on the Board of Governors of the Louisiana Association for Justice since 2008.
