Leland H. Receiving both his B.A. degree and B.S. degree in 1985 from Louisiana State University, Mr. Ayres went on to attend the Louisiana State University Paul M. He received his Juris Doctor in 1988, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Louisiana. He later became admitted to practice before all the federal district courts of Louisiana, the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
