Growing up in Shreveport, Louisiana, Meghan Nolen feels a strong connection to her work today because she helps people from her hometown and the surrounding area. Known for her loyalty, compassion, honesty, and independence, she was naturally drawn to a legal career that would allow her to better the lives of those around her.
Meghan Nolen attended Louisiana State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. She continued her education at LSU Law School, where she achieved her Juris Doctor only a few years later.
Before joining Morris & Dewett Injury Lawyers, she was a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Marcotte and Judge O’Callaghan at the First Judicial District Court, where she gained in-depth legal experience that cannot be replicated elsewhere. She also acted as a Law Clerk at the Federal Public Defender Office with a focus on cases involving the Probation and Parole Re-Entry Clinic. Meghan has also completed the Roger Dodd Trial Skills Clinic and the Civil Mediation Clinic.
Today, Attorney Nolen is a highly valued member of our firm’s personal injury team.
