Ross F. Lagarde

A native of Covington, Mr. Lagarde is the founder and owner of Lagarde Law with offices in Covington and Slidell. The firm’s practice areas include personal injury, civil litigation, business litigation, commercial disputes, real estate litigation, sales and use tax collections, municipal government law and family law. He is licensed to practice law in four states: Louisiana (2001), Mississippi (2004), Alabama (2005), and Texas (2007). He  is a former president of the Greater Covington Bar Association (GCBA), former chairman of the St. Tammany RPEC and co-founded the St. Tammany Young Lawyer’s Bar Association.  He serves on the board of directors for both Metairie Bank and as a commissioner for the St. Tammany Development District/St Tammany Corp. He served as chairman of the Northshore Business Council for two years and currently serves on its executive board where he remains active with the organization and serves as chairman of the Governmental Affairs Committee.
