    A 1980 graduate of the University of Virginia, Ms. Scheffee returned to her alma mater and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1984. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut and the District of Maine as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court.
