Vincent LoConte

Vincent LoConte is an OUI and DUI defense attorney based out of Webb Law Firm in Saco, Maine. He handles criminal defense cases, including violent crimes, burglary, grand theft, aggravated assault, sex offenses and vehicular manslaughter, in addition to OUI and DUI.

Mr. LoConte graduated from the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in public administration, concentrating on criminal justice and with minors in legal studies and political science. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law in 2017. While in law school, he interned at the York County District Attorney's Office for two years. This gained him essential experience and insight early in his career. He is admitted to practice in Maine and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine.

Since starting his practice, Mr. LoConte has been receiving multiple training courses for OUI defense and criminal trial practice to keep up with the ever-evolving nature of the discipline. He has also received training on breathalyzer technologies, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration standardized field sobriety tests and DRE officer training protocols, which have helped him enhance his ability to litigate tough criminal cases.

In the legal community, Mr. LoConte is active through various associations, including the National College for DUI Defense, the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Maine Trial Lawyers Association. Furthermore, he serves as the current president of the York County Bar Association, which aims to improve the legal profession, the community they serve and the administration of justice in society. He has also been honored by the Katahdin Counsel Recognition Program in 2025 for his pro bono services.
