Cristol L. Wagner

Cristol Wagner is an Attorney at Sinclair Prosser Gasior, focusing on estate planning and estate administration. She first joined the firm as a law clerk before being sworn in to practice in Maryland in November 2023.

Inspired by her parents—both attorneys—Cristol originally planned to pursue international law but found her calling in helping families directly. After experiencing the loss of her father, she committed to guiding others through the complexities of planning for the future or settling a loved one’s estate. Known for her kind, calm, and attentive approach, she ensures clients feel supported every step of the way.

Cristol is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association of Maryland, the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, and the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. She continually expands her knowledge through ongoing education to keep her clients informed with the latest legal insights.

A lifelong Marylander from Harford County, Cristol now lives in Crofton with her fiancé, Calvin. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time on the water.
