Daniel Renart

Fluent in Spanish as well as in English, Daniel Renart is a partner at Reinstein, Glackin & Herriott, LLC. He divides his practice between family law matters and personal injury litigation, representing clients throughout the greater Washington, D.C., metropolitan area from his firm’s office in Bowie, Maryland.

A large portion of Mr. Renart’s family law caseload involves such divorce-related issues as child support, alimony, the division of complex marital assets and debts, and child custody and visitation. An experienced litigator, he can be a forceful courtroom advocate for his clients when settlement agreement negotiations have broken down and mediation sessions have failed to produce an accord. Mr. Renart has also prepared and reviewed numerous prenuptial and post-marital agreements, and his experience has additionally included international child custody disputes that are governed by the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.

In his personal injury and wrongful death practice, Mr. Renart represents people who have incurred losses due to the negligence of other parties. The types of cases that he has worked on in this area of the law have included medical malpractice, mesothelioma exposure, construction site accidents, and truck and other motor vehicle crashes. Mr. Renart has been successful in the courtroom and at the negotiating table in obtaining substantial compensation for his clients.
