Helen Burgee

Helen “Beth” Burgee serves as the Senior Estate Administration Attorney at Sinclair Prosser Gasior, where she helps clients navigate the often complex and emotional process of estate administration. With a steady hand and a compassionate approach, Beth ensures every client feels informed, supported, and confident in the decisions they make for their families.

Beth’s dedication to this work began in law school, where she was inspired by a professor’s real-world experience in estate planning. That inspiration became personal when she saw the difficulties that poor planning caused within her own family. Today, she uses those lessons to guide her clients with empathy and clarity, helping them avoid unnecessary complications and achieve peace of mind.

Known for building strong, collaborative attorney–client relationships, Beth works side-by-side with those she serves, carefully explaining each stage of the estate administration process and tailoring solutions to their unique needs.

Beth is admitted to practice law in Maryland and is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association’s Estates & Trusts and Elder Law Sections. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a 2025 Rising Star, a distinction awarded to only a small percentage of attorneys for professional achievement and peer recognition.

A proud native of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Beth now lives in Churchton with her husband and their two cats, Percy and Gerald. When she’s not assisting clients, you’ll find her cheering for Aston Villa, enjoying a good book, painting, or exploring the Chesapeake Bay.
