Jon Joseph Gasior II, the driving force behind Sinclair Prosser Gasior, located in Annapolis, Maryland, meticulously manages the firm's day-to-day activities, serving clients in Baltimore and throughout the Washington metropolitan area. His responsibilities range from initial client engagement to enduring support to families during incapacity and concluding with estate settlements after a family member's demise. His legal practice covers many areas, such as probate, estate administration, elder law and estate planning.

Leading his firm, Mr. Gasior focuses on aligning with each client’s vision for their estate, providing tailored guidance and advice on the most effective tools and strategies to fulfill their objectives. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts in American history and a minor in legal studies. He earned his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University – School of Law, where he was also honored with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his outstanding performance in the school’s Elder Law Clinic.

As an active member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, Mr. Gasior consistently enhances his knowledge by completing 36 continuing education credits annually, covering estate planning and elder law, which includes special needs planning, Medicaid and incapacity planning, while staying updated with legal changes.

Licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia, Mr. Gasior actively participates in the Maryland State Bar – Estates and Trusts, and Elder Law and Disability Rights sections. He is also a seasoned presenter, having delivered seminars on estate planning and incapacity for various organizations, including the National Business Institute (NBI), the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and The Arc Prince George’s County.
