Austin Webbert

Attorney Austin L. Webbert is an associate at the Baltimore, Maryland office of the national law firm Sanford Heisler Sharp, LLP. His practice focuses on representing individuals, groups, and classes in matters regarding:

Mr. Webbert received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. He received his bachelor’s degree cum laude and with Honors from the University of Miami. While at the University of Michigan Law School, Austin was awarded an Equal Justice America Fellowship, served as an Executive Editor with the Michigan Journal of Race and Law, and worked as a student attorney for the law school’s Civil-Criminal Litigation Clinic, Unemployment Insurance Clinic, and Environmental Law Clinic.

While at the University of Miami, Mr. Webbert was chosen for the Robert F. Levine Award for Excellence in Latin American Studies. He also co-founded a student organization to advance educational opportunity in Haiti.

While Mr. Webbert is a member of the Maine, District of Columbia, and Maryland bars, he has litigated in courts across the nation. A fearless advocate in the courtroom, he leaves no stone unturned in combating defendants of all sizes and enforcing the rights of his clients.
