Brian D. Katzenberg

Brian D. Katzenberg, a devoted advocate for justice, relentlessly assists those who have suffered injuries, leaving no avenue unexplored. With a major in American studies, Mr. Katzenberg completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of Virginia. During his time in the American studies program, he dedicated his research efforts to exploring the American Labor Movement and the complex dynamics of industrial relations in the United States. Later, he pursued his legal education at the University of Maryland School of Law, where he obtained his J.D. cum laude. At the university, he actively engaged in the Workers' Rights Clinic, where he gained practical experience and contributed significantly to class action litigation. 

Recognizing his exceptional performance, Mr. Katzenberg was awarded the esteemed Ward Kershaw Prize. Since completing his legal studies, he has displayed a consistent commitment to professional growth by regularly participating in legal seminars and workshops, further enhancing his knowledge and skills in his legal practice. Moreover, he received his license to practice law in Maryland in 2011 and is admitted before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, the Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission, the Social Security Office of Administrative Review and several district and circuit courts across the state.

Outside his law practice, Mr. Katzenberg acts as a board member of the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation. He is also a valued member of the Homeland Association and the Box 414 Association. Furthermore, he is a part of The Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Maryland State Bar Association and the Maryland Association for Justice. 

A resident of Baltimore, Mr. Katzenberg is deeply engaged in a variety of pro bono endeavors. He co-chairs at the Courting Art Baltimore to award scholarships to talented high school students. Additionally, he serves on the board of the Maryland Workers' Compensation Educational Association, where he actively contributes to the organization and planning of an annual educational conference on workers’ compensation.
