He worked as a law clerk for U.S. District Judge Andre M. Davis after law school. He is licensed in Maryland, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Committed to supporting his legal community, Mr. Brown is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys' Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has also served on the Editorial Advisory Board of The Champion magazine and the Legal Committee of Baltimore Neighborhoods, Inc.
