Christopher T. Casciano

Christopher T. Casciano is an experienced and aggressive litigation attorney and Partner at Brown & Barron, LLC, in Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Casciano has spent his entire legal career zealously fighting for the most seriously injured victims of medical malpractice, birth trauma, cerebral palsy, wrongful death, nursing home negligence and abuse, and other catastrophic personal injuries, throughout the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Casciano has recovered many millions of dollars for his clients and their families, through both settlement and trial verdict. His dedication and success has earned him a place on the "Best Lawyers - Medical Malpractice - Maryland" list, as well as the “Top 40 Under 40” and "Top 100 Civil Plaintiff" lists compiled by The National Trial Lawyers.

Outside of his law practice, Mr. Casciano is a member of various professional organizations, including the Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Baltimore County Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Maryland Association for Justice, Inc., and the American Association for Justice.

Mr. Casciano graduated from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with bachelor's degrees in political science and biology and earned his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. While attending law school, he was a member of the school’s Journal of Environmental Law, serving as managing editor for the publication.
