Juda Gabaie

Attorney Juda Gabaie is the founder and owner of Gabaie & Associates, LLC, which has five total law offices across Maryland. Serving a diverse range of clients throughout the state and across the nation, Mr. Gabaie focuses his practice solely on IRS and state tax law, and he has achieved considerable success helping his clients resolve their tax-related disputes and achieve favorable outcomes for their serious legal challenges.

Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Gabaie has represented individual taxpayers as well as large corporations, and he has saved millions of dollars in back taxes, penalties and interests for those he has served. He has successfully handled cases before the U.S. Tax Court and the Maryland Tax Court as well as before the Comptroller of Maryland.

A leader in his field, Mr. Gabaie has served as adjunct professor at University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he taught at the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and provided supervision to student attorneys who were representing low-income taxpayers. He has also written extensively and conducted lectures and continuing legal education seminars on a variety of legal topics related to tax law.

A 2011 graduate of Johns Hopkins University's Carey Business School with a Bachelor of Science in business management and accounting, and he has completed all prerequisite accounting requirements to become a CPA candidate. Mr. Gabaie then attended the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2014 with a certificate in business and tax law. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, the Maryland Tax Court and the Maryland Court of Appeals.
