Admitted to practice before all Maryland state courts, Mr. Belsky is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.

In 2009, the Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland gave Mr. Belsky its annual Lee A. Caplan Award for his outstanding work on behalf of victims of domestic violence. An active participant in the American Association for Justice and the Maryland State Bar Association, Mr. Belsky is an adjunct professor in trial advocacy at the University of Baltimore School of Law.
