While in law school, Mr. Belsky was the runner-up in the Polsky Moot Court Competition and was a member of the school's National Trial Team as well as its Moot Court Competition team. Admitted to practice before all Maryland state courts, Mr. Belsky is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.

    In 2009, the Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland gave Mr. Belsky its annual Lee A. Caplan Award for his outstanding work on behalf of victims of domestic violence. He has also received a Distinguished* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell. An active participant in the American Association for Justice and the Maryland State Bar Association, Mr. Belsky is an adjunct professor in trial advocacy at the University of Baltimore School of Law.
