After graduation, she remained in the Las Vegas area, and she held positions in gaming companies and was a Starbucks store manager before deciding to pursue a legal education and enrolling at the University of Baltimore School of Law. While she was in law school, Ms. Mendrinos was the managing editor of the University of Baltimore Journal of Land and Development, participated in national moot court competitions, and was an intern for two area judges, before being awarded her Juris Doctor in 2012.
