Mr. DiPaula earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Loyola University Maryland and received his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He holds licenses to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia, as well as before several federal courts and the Supreme Court of the United States.
