Clifford J. (Cliff) Boan

Clifford J. (Cliff) Boan serves as an associate attorney at Goitein | Rosa, LLC, based in Bethesda, Maryland, and provides legal advice to clients all across the state. His practice includes personal injury, contract issues, business litigation, civil litigation, wage and hour issues, and landlord-tenant disputes.

Mr. Boan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and government from the University of Maryland in 2006. Later, he went on to pursue his legal studies at The University of Baltimore School of Law, where he honed his legal acumen and gained his Juris Doctor in 2010.

With over 15 years of experience in the legal field, Mr. Boan represents clients in Maryland state courts and utilizes alternative dispute resolution methods, including negotiation and mediation.
