John (Jack) R. Orrick, Jr. is the chair of the Business Transactions Group of Linowes and Blocher LLP. Mr. Orrick concentrates in general corporate law, with emphasis on business formations, acquisitions and sales, business financings, joint ventures and other business transactions.  He has represented numerous clients in public and private securities offerings and has extensive experience representing a wide variety of corporate and individual clients, including financial institutions, in diverse commercial transactions.  Mr. Orrick's practice at the firm centers on general corporate matters, business and tax planning and the representation of clients in securitized equity and debt financings.  Jack also has represented clients in municipal bond offerings for special taxing districts and tax increment financing districts, PILOT Agreements and other business incentive and tax credit programs, and other complex real estate financing transactions.

Clients turn to Jack because of his business sense and collaborative philosophy, which he uses to negotiate transactions strategically and close deals.
