Before joining the firm, Mr. Rosa served as Special Magistrate for the Montgomery County Circuit Court, where he reviewed motions for a variety of family law and other civil cases in order to make a recommendation for ruling. During this time, he also presided over child support and custody hearings as well as Special Immigrant Juvenile Status cases. Prior to that, he was a partner at another well-known law firm in his area, where he focused his practice primarily on zoning and land use law, probate, and civil litigation.
