Megan M. Wallace

As founder and principal at Wallace Law, LLC, Megan M. Wallace is an estate planning, probate, estate administration, will and trust attorney. She represents clients in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area and the state of Maryland. For her hard work, she has been recognized by Bethesda Magazine as a Top Trusts & Estates Attorney.

Ms. Wallace is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland. In the past, she has also been admitted to practice in Georgia and Michigan. Currently, she is an adjunct professor at the American University Washington College of Law in wills, trusts & estates.

Before attending law school, Ms. Wallace earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Agnes Scott College. At Western Michigan University, she graduated in 1997, cum laude, with her Juris Doctor and now represents individuals, couples, and families.

In 2000, Ms. Wallace earned her Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. She is now a member of the Washington, D.C., Estate Planning Council, the Trusts & Estates Section of the Virginia State Bar, the Bar Association of Montgomery County, the Maryland State Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar and the American Bar Association, along with several committees within these organizations.
