Richard S. Chisholm

Richard S. Chisholm is a partner in ChisholmOliver, LLP, headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. ChisholmOliver, LLP has additional offices in McLean, Virginia; New York, New York; and Vancouver, British Columbia.  Mr. Chisholm and the firm provides estate planning, estate and trust administration, business, and domestic and international tax planning and compliance services to select individuals and businesses. Mr. Chisholm focuses his practice on providing sophisticated solutions to his client's issues.

Mr. Chisholm became a certified public accountant (CPA) in 1987, and received his Juris Doctor degree from Howard University School of Law in 1994. He holds a license to practice in all Maryland state courts as well as before the U.S. Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.

A frequent lecturer and consultant to other attorneys and tax professionals, Mr. Chisholm has established himself as a skilled, experienced advisor with extensive knowledge in estate planning, business planning, and tax planning and compliance issues.
