Kevin L. Beard

A family law attorney with the Law Office of Kevin L. Beard, P.A., Kevin L. Beard represents clients in the Baltimore, Maryland metropolitan area. His family law practice includes matters of custody, divorce, third-party custody, grandparents’ rights, child support, alimony, visitation and domestic violence. In addition to family law matters, he also represents clients in legal issues related to wills, the administration of estates and matters of personal injury including medical malpractice, wrongful death, dog bites, bicycle accidents and auto accidents.

Admitted to practice in the State of Maryland in 1987, Mr. Beard is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.

After earning a Bachelor of Science at Washington College, Mr. Beard attended the University of Baltimore School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor. While in law school, he was the Articles Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Forum. With more than three decades of experience in family law, he is committed to  his clients and he strives to be a trusted counselor, advisor and advocate  for them on all matters of family law.

Mr. Beard is a member of the Family and Juvenile Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Maryland Association for Justice, Inc., the Baltimore County Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. He was given the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service Ten Year Volunteer Award for volunteer work within his community.
