With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Plaxen understands the challenges people face following a serious injury that was caused by someone else's negligence. Taking the time to understand each client's goals, Mr. Plaxen uses expert witnesses and convincing evidence to craft a compelling argument. He takes a tactical approach to every case, allowing clients to focus on healing while he fights for maximum compensation on their behalf.

The University at Albany, State University of New York bestowed upon Mr. Plaxen its Distinguished Alumnus Award following his pro bono work with the families of people who were killed during the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.
