  • Jury verdict for $792,000.00 for a 30-year-old woman was a passenger in a medical transport van returning to her home after medical appointment. Van drove off road onto shoulder, colliding with dump truck and flat bed trailer parked on shoulder while grass was being cut along interstate. Van went up ramp of trailer, became airborne, struck dump truck, did a 360 degree “barrel roll” and landed back on highway. Client sustained thoracic spinal burst fracture and cervical spine injury, both requiring surgery and instrumentation. , 2019
  • Jury Verdict: $1,883,383.47. Client rear-ended, resulting in neck, back, and traumatic brain injury. At fault driver denied fault, and denied or minimized injuries. Settlement offer = $50,000.00., 2016
