Stephen P. Kauffman

That same year, he was admitted to practice law in Maryland. In addition to his state admission, he is admitted to practice before numerous federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and multiple federal district and appellate courts.
