Philip T. Cronan is the founder and principal attorney at Hollis, Cronan & Fronk P.A., located in Easton, Maryland. Focusing his practice on matters involving criminal law, family law and personal injury, he provides dedicated legal services to his clients.
With immense experience taking on cases involving divorce, child custody, DUI/DWI, juvenile cases and general civil litigation, Mr. Cronan uses extensive knowledge and skill to help his clients in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. He aggressively fights for his clients’ rights and has an unwavering commitment to his clients’ needs and interests.
Mr. Cronan has a bachelor’s degree in public relations, advertising and applied communication from East Carolina University. He went on to pursue his master’s degree in early childhood education and teaching from the College of Notre Dame. After which, he attended the University of Baltimore School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor.
After law school, Mr. Cronan clerked for a renowned judge in the Circuit Court for Talbot County and worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Caroline County in Maryland, prosecuted serious traffic offenses, misdemeanors, and felonies. Admitted to practice in the state of Maryland, he is also admitted to practice before Maryland’s Court of Appeals.
Active in the legal field, Mr. Cronan is affiliated with prominent legal associations and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association’s Small Firm Section, the Talbot County Bar Association, Board of Trustees for the Office of the Public Defender, the Caroline County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Cronan is actively involved in his community, and serves as an assistant baseball coach at Easton High School, on the Board of Junior Achievement, and volunteers for several community organizations and causes.
