Kaitlyn P. Tauber is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Liberty Legacy Law Group, where she focuses on estate planning, trust administration, and real estate law. She is passionate about helping families and small business owners protect what they’ve built, provide for their loved ones, and leave lasting legacies.

A proud Maryland native, Kaitlyn’s dedication to planning stems from her own family’s experience running a three-generation business and navigating the challenges of aging and incapacity. She brings both professional insight and personal empathy to her clients, making her approachable and relatable while ensuring their goals are fully understood and protected.

In addition to her legal practice, Kaitlyn draws on her background as a former Mortgage Loan Officer, Title Insurance Producer, and Real Estate Salesperson to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of property, lending, and wealth matters. Clients often describe her as attentive, trustworthy, and committed to treating them like family — not just files.

At Liberty Legacy Law Group, Kaitlyn also leads the firm’s real estate and deed services, working closely with families to safeguard their most important investments. She is dedicated to serving the Maryland community with integrity, compassion, and clarity.

Outside of her practice, Kaitlyn enjoys hiking, boating, traveling, and playing on local softball and bowling leagues.
