Kevin I. Goldberg

From the law office of Goldberg Law, LLC, in Gaithersburg, Maryland, Kevin I. Goldberg serves clients across the state and throughout the greater Washington, D.C., metropolitan area in complex legal matters pertaining to motor vehicle accidents, rideshare collisions, trucking wrecks, mass transit accidents, traumatic brain injuries, workers’ compensation, slip-and-falls and dog bites, among many others. He is also well-versed in tackling contentious cannabis law issues, as well as business and corporate litigation, and disputes.

Mr. Goldberg completed his undergraduate studies in 1993, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Tulane University. He went on to enroll in The Catholic University of America – Columbus School of Law, where he fine-tuned his legal talents by serving within many student organizations, including the university’s Law Review, where he diligently worked as an associate editor. He received his Juris Doctor in 1996, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Maryland. Later on, he gained admission to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

A consummate professional through and through, Mr. Goldberg understands the mounting emotional and financial strain that befalls his clients when they have to endure injuries due to the reckless and negligent actions of a third party, and he works tirelessly to get them the relief they need to take care of themselves and their loved ones. A pillar of leadership within his legal community, Mr. Goldberg has served in many important organizations to further progress the standard of client care in his industry to even greater heights – such as formerly serving as the president of the Maryland Association for Justice.
