Thomas J. Maronick Jr. leads Maronick Law LLC, located in Glen Burnie, Maryland, where he represents clients in criminal defense and personal injury matters. His practice includes defending clients facing DUI/DWI charges, felony and misdemeanor offenses, domestic violence allegations, drug and alcohol violations, theft, sex offenses, traffic violations, juvenile delinquency matters, and other criminal charges. He also represents individuals injured in motor vehicle, trucking, construction and premises liability accidents, as well as cases involving animal bites, brain injuries and wrongful death.

Mr. Maronick brings a focused approach to complex and high-stakes legal matters, advocating for clients through challenging proceedings and helping them understand their rights and legal options. His experience includes matters involving arrests and arraignments, probation and parole, expungement, false accusations, criminal fraud, tax evasion and motor vehicle offenses. In personal injury cases, he works to pursue accountability and compensation for clients who have suffered injuries or losses.

Academically accomplished, Mr. Maronick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of Maryland and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He was admitted to practice law in Maryland in 2008.
