A 1984 graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Mr. Holland obtained his Juris Doctor from Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 1988. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the District of Columbia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal, 4th and District of Columbia Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has also published numerous articles and conducted lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics.

  • United States v. Allergan, Inc.  represented a Relator (whistleblower) in $600 Million ($300 Million allocated to the criminal charges, and $300 Million allocated to the civil claims) Settlement by the maker of Botox for misbranding and off-label marketing, 2011
  • Settled Whistleblower (qui tam) action for $1.5 Million against company for violating the Service Contract Act, 2012
  • Clark v. Prince George's County
  • $700,000.00 settlement in sexual harassment case against federal government agency and individual supervisor, 2012
  • Prevailed on Summary Judgment on behalf of employer, a national hotel and convention company, in discrimination claims, 2013
