Mr. Holland began his career in 1988 after earning his law degree from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and his approval to practice law in the state of Maryland. The District of Columbia Bar granted him admission in 1990, and the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Columbia and Maryland, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the 4th Circuit and the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court have all also granted him approval to practice in their courtrooms.

Over the past more than 25-plus years, Mr. Holland has earned a reputation as one of the region's leading qui tam and employment law trial attorneys, thanks to his long record of success. As a result of his reputation, he has received a number of honors from both his clients and his peers. For example, Benchmark Litigation named him a Local Litigation Star for three years in a row, and he has been selected to the Super Lawyers list in both Maryland and Washington DC since 2016.

Attorney Holland is a leading member of the legal community.
