P. Matthew Darby

P. Matthew Darby is a seasoned attorney based in Hunt Valley, Maryland, focusing primarily on personal injury litigation and representing first responders and railroad workers. His firm, Darby Law Group, LLC, operates nationwide, handling workers' compensation cases within Maryland, and cases for railroad workers in multiple states. His railroad practice areas include traumatic and occupational claims under Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), Whistleblower cases under the Federal Rail Safety Act, and certification issues for engineers and conductors.

Mr. Darby is admitted to practice law in Maryland and Pennsylvania. He is an alumnus of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he was actively involved in the Moot Court Board and the International Journal of Law and Trade.
