Ryan Zabel

Attorney Ryan Zabel represents clients at Alpert Schreyer, LLC, a Lanham, Maryland-based law firm, where he focuses his practice on personal injury and criminal defense matters. His practice encompasses a broad range of cases, including motor vehicle and trucking accidents, construction accidents, animal bites, premises liability, wrongful death and other personal injury claims.

Mr. Zabel also represents clients facing criminal charges and motor vehicle offenses. His criminal defense practice includes arrest and arraignment proceedings, assault and battery, drug and alcohol violations, expungements, felony and misdemeanor charges, motor vehicle offenses, murder, domestic violence and DUI/DWI matters. Drawing on his legal experience, he works to provide clients with practical representation tailored to the circumstances and challenges of each case.

Mr. Zabel earned his undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University. He then pursued his legal education at the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor, graduating magna cum laude. 

Following law school, Mr. Zabel served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Anthony Vittoria in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. His experience as a judicial law clerk provided him with valuable insight into courtroom procedures, judicial decision-making and the litigation process. Admitted to practice law in Maryland since 2019, he brings a broad foundation in litigation and courtroom practice to his representation of clients.
