Robert A. Greenberg

Robert A. Greenberg is the managing partner of Greenberg Legal Group LLC, a Maryland-based firm where he concentrates his practice on divorce, custody, protective order and other family law matters.  Mr. Greenberg and his firm represent clients throughout the States of Maryland and Pennsylvania, bringing a combination of tenacity and personal attentiveness to every case he handles.

What distinguishes Mr. Greenberg's approach to litigation is his insistence on treating each client's situation as distinct rather than routine. Family law disputes often arrive at some of the most difficult junctures in a person's life, and he has built his practice around meeting clients in that difficulty – listening closely, advocating assertively and guiding them toward resolution with clarity and resolve. This client-centered philosophy, paired with a firm litigation style, has become the hallmark of his professional reputation.

Mr. Greenberg's academic path reflects the same diligence he brings to the courtroom. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, College Park, earning Dean's List distinction along the way, before pursuing his legal education at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, from which he graduated cum laude. 

Before establishing Greenberg Legal Group LLC, Mr. Greenberg sharpened his litigation skills at respected firms in downtown Baltimore and Columbia, Maryland. His command of family law was later affirmed when the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys named him to its "Top 10 Under 40" list of Maryland practitioners. He is licensed to practice in both Maryland and Pennsylvania, where Greenberg Legal Group LLC has an active presence.

Beyond his legal career, Mr. Greenberg is deeply committed to disability advocacy. He co-founded and serves as vice president of Chips & Sips Vending, a small business created to offer vocational training and supported employment opportunities to young adults with developmental disabilities and special needs, an initiative that reflects his broader dedication to service outside the courtroom.
