An experienced civil litigation attorney, I serve as the founder and managing partner of Malloy Law Offices, LLC. Since beginning my legal career in 2004, my work has focused on helping individuals and businesses navigate complex disputes with clear strategy and strong courtroom advocacy.
My practice includes personal injury, commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and employment matters. At the core, I am a trial lawyer who prepares every case as if it will go to trial. That level of preparation puts clients in the strongest position to achieve favorable outcomes, whether through negotiation or litigation.
Malloy Law Offices was founded in 2009 with a simple goal: to build a client-centered law firm that delivers high-quality legal representation while maintaining real communication and personal connection. Today, the firm represents clients throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia, and those long-standing client relationships remain a point of pride.
A Juris Doctor graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, my legal training is grounded in practical advocacy and litigation strategy. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Missouri, a background that continues to shape how I analyze facts and build persuasive arguments.
My admissions include Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Florida, along with several federal courts. Over the years, the work has been recognized within the legal community for litigation and client advocacy, but the real measure of success has always been the results achieved for clients.
Effective legal representation starts with understanding each client’s story. From there, the focus is on delivering practical solutions, strong outcomes, and consistent, reliable communication when it matters most.
