Jane P. Santoni

Jane P. Santoni is a co-founding partner at Santoni, Vocci & Ortega, LLC. As an undergraduate, she attended what was then known as Loyola College and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1983, Magna Cum Laude. Remaining in Baltimore for her legal education, Ms. Santoni enrolled at the University of Maryland School of Law, and, in 1986, she was awarded her Juris Doctor.  While there she also served on the Moot Court board was a quarterfinalist in the national Jerome Prince Evidence competition.

From her firm’s offices in Timonium, Maryland, Ms. Santoni represents clients throughout the greater Baltimore metropolitan area. She focuses her practice primarily on consumer protection matters, assisting people who have been the victims of predatory and unlawful actions. Ms. Santoni’s cases in this regard have included achieving settlements and verdicts for violations by landlords, debt collection agencies, credit reporting agencies, motor vehicle dealers and other businesses. Ms. Santoni has been able to recover millions of dollars in compensation for her clients who have been taken advantage of by dishonest businesses.

Ms. Santoni’s experience also extends to personal injury and wrongful death litigation, in which she represents people who have been harmed due to the negligence of other parties. Her cases in this area of the law have included motor vehicle crashes, premises liability and domestic abuse, and she has been similarly successful in obtaining significant compensation through jury awards and negotiated settlements.
