Randolph Rice

Randolph Rice is a partner at Rice, Murtha & Psoras, LLC, a Baltimore-based personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal defense law firm that was founded in 2021.

In 2005, Randolph Rice, Jr., was the owner and founder of the Law Offices of G. Randolph Rice, Jr., LLC, a Baltimore, Maryland-based law practice.  Mr. Rice represents clients charged with criminal offenses, felonies, misdemeanors, DUI, DWI, drunk driving, and traffic violations. In addition, Mr. Rice represents clients injured as a result of another's negligence in personal injury, car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, medical malpractice, and medical mistakes cases.  

He also advises clients with their life planning by drafting Last Will and Testaments, Living Wills, and handling Estate and Trust matters.

Mr. Rice represents clients throughout Maryland including; Baltimore County, Harford County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, and Ocean City.

Prior to entering private practice in 2009, Mr. Rice was an Assistant State's Attorney for Baltimore County, Maryland.  As an Assistant State's Attorney, Mr. Rice tried thousands of cases in the District and Circuit Courts in front of both Judges and Juries.

Mr. Rice is a 2006 graduate of Loyola University New Orleans where he received his J.D. and before that received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Rice is an active member of the American Bar Association, Maryland Bar Association, Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, and the Baltimore County Bar Association.

Mr. Rice has written monthly legal news articles for the East County Times in Baltimore County and has been featured in local news publications and TV commenting on criminal law and DUI/DWI cases.

Mr. Rice is also a contributor to the Law Offices of G. Randolph Rice, Jr., LLC blog where he explains various aspects of the Maryland criminal, traffic, and personal injury laws.
