Before joining Frame & Frame, LLC, Erica Redmond’s path was anything but straightforward. Originally drawn to transactional business law, a legal internship with DSS in Baltimore sparked a deep commitment to helping people directly — a conviction later reinforced by contract paralegal work with the U.S. Attorney's Office. Early experience at Frame & Frame in the early 2010s revealed a personal side of law that ultimately led Erica to focus on estate planning, probate, and family law, making Frame & Frame the clear choice for building a career.

Today, Erica handles Probate and Estate Administration, Guardianship, Estate Planning, and Personal Injury matters, helping clients of all ages recognize, plan, and protect what matters most. Backed by a firm with over 70 years of community service, the work offers a genuine opportunity to make a lasting impact on clients, their families, and their futures. Outside the office, Erica enjoys time with her family, cheering on the Ravens and Orioles, as well as a love for music.
