David J. Polashuk

David J. Polashuk is a 1989 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law where he graduated at the top of his law school class. As an attorney with the firm Levy, Mann, Caplan, Hermann & Polashuk, LLP, he practices in the areas of federal and state tax controversy, tax crimes, and business litigation and planning. His background as a CPA further distinguishes him from most others in his field. This additional experience has allowed him to understand complicated accounting and financial issues that factor into business, domestic, real estate and tax matters.

Mr. Polashuk has received accolades from numerous organizations for his successful practice of law. He is a frequent lecturer on state and federal tax procedures and is a chair and member of the Maryland State Bar Association Tax Section Counsel, member of the American Bar Association Tax Section's Taxpayer Bill of Rights Task Force, and a member of the American Association of Attorney-CPAs.
