Joel E. Segall

As the founding attorney of the Law Office of Joel E. Segall in Owings Mills, Maryland, Joel E. Mr. Segall represents clients in estate planning and probate matters, including guardianships and conservatorships, living wills, powers of attorney and wills. His practice also includes personal injury cases involving motor vehicle and trucking accidents, brain injuries, premises liability, wrongful death and workers’ compensation claims.

With experience across multiple areas of law, Mr. Segall works with clients to address complex legal concerns and develop practical strategies tailored to their individual circumstances. Mr. Segall earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington & Lee University in 1981 and received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 1984. He was admitted to practice law in Maryland in 1985. In addition to his legal practice, he is involved in several professional organizations. He is a member of the Baltimore County Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Maryland Association for Justice.
