Oleg Fastovsky

Oleg Fastovsky is an experienced trial attorney at Price Benowitz LLP, a law firm located in Elkridge, Maryland. Mr. Fastovsky focuses his practice solely on criminal defense and serves clients in Bethesda, Greenbelt and Rockville and the surrounding towns as well as throughout Montgomery and Prince George’s counties.

Mr. Fastovsky has been licensed to practice law in Maryland since 2009. Over his time in practice, he has earned a reputation as an aggressive advocate who is willing to fight for his clients. He offers free initial consultations and has substantial experience representing Maryland residents charged with crimes ranging from traffic matters to major felonies.

Mr. Fastovsky litigates at the state and federal levels. He handles matters involving assault, burglary, domestic violence, drug crimes, DUI/DWI, fraud, manslaughter, murder, parole violations, probation violations, sex offenses, theft offenses, traffic tickets, warrants, weapons offenses and white collar crimes.

A native of the Baltimore region, Mr. Fastovsky earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Towson University. He received his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. Before becoming a criminal defense attorney, he gained legal experience by clerking for a judge on the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.

Mr. Fastovsky is passionate about criminal defense and uses his knowledge and experience to educate others. Outside of his practice, he serves as an associate professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law, teaching trial preparation and advocacy. He has also overseen the university’s national trial competition since 2008.
