Heather Sunderman

Heather Sunderman is an attorney at the law office of McMillan Metro, P.C., located in Potomac, Chevy Chase and Frederick, Maryland, as well as in McLean, Virginia. Ms. Sunderman works out of the Potomac office assisting clients in the surrounding areas with family law issues and estate planning and administration-related matters.

An Allegheny College graduate, Ms. Sunderman earned her bachelor’s degree in 2000 and went on to study law at the American University Washington College of Law. Earning her law degree cum laude in 2003, she passed the bar exam and gained her license to practice in Maryland the same year. She is also admitted to practice in Virginia and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. 

Ms. Sunderman began her legal career clerking for the United States Coast Guard.
