Much of his work involves planning and drafting governing documents for homeowners, commercial, master, mixed-use and condominium associations.
Furthermore, Mr. Faerber assists landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating various commercial leases for diverse spaces, including offices, medical practices, retail locations, restaurants, warehouses and industrial buildings. He provides critical guidance on complex issues and language that could impact his clients for years. He also offers specific legal support to many restaurant owners, addressing unique challenges such as liquor licensing.
After completing his bachelor’s degree in history at Rutgers University in 1987, Mr. Faerber earned his Juris Doctor from the American University Washington College of Law in 1990. He was subsequently admitted to the Maryland State Bar Association in 1990 and the District of Columbia in 1992. His credentials include admission to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
