Eddie Garcia knows that when talking with his clients it is essential to listen to both what they say and what they do not say. With the keen ability to analyze and then passionately share his client’s story, Eddie offers a powerful voice for his clients. He centers his litigation practice on business controversy and employment disputes.

Eddie takes pride in helping clients through some of the most difficult business or personal situations they have faced. Given the many pressures facing an individual and business involved in disputes, it is often important to thoroughly explore a pre-litigation resolution. Eddie understands that an individualized and tailored strategy is essential to an effective negotiated resolution.

Eddie has a wealth of trial experience to offer his clients in the event that litigation is necessary. He has litigated jury trials and non-jury trials in State and Federal Courts. The litigations he has handled include contract disputes, partnership dissolutions and complex multi-party litigation. His litigation experience has also provided him ample opportunities to pursue statutory remedies available to aggrieved parties.

In addition to his robust litigation practice, Eddie serves: on the Board of Directors of the Maryland Hispanic Bar Association, on the Montgomery County Bar Foundation’s Executive Committee and on the Montgomery County Bar Association’s Judicial Selection Committee.
